AMAF BENIN > Support for agricultural entrepreneurship among rural women through the development of traditional family farming in the communes of Bassila and Copargo, Benin

This project received funding from the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF). Its objective is to promote the social and economic empowerment of women and their access to productive resources. It initially provided vocational training in sustainable family farming for indigenous and rural girls and women in the municipalities of Bassila and Copargo, enabling them to professionalize their agricultural work and achieve autonomy. Secondly, it facilitated access to land and agricultural equipment for beneficiary indigenous and rural women and enabled them to create and manage their agricultural businesses, which provide them with sustainable employment and access to economic opportunities.
